REFUSED ESTIMATE/NO COMMUNICATIONS: If an Estimate is refused by the customer, or NIKON has had no communications regarding the Estimate with the Customer for 45 days (collectively, a “Refused Estimate”), then the customer’s product will be returned unrepaired to the customer and a shipping and handling fee will apply and be charged to the credit card or other method of payment provided by the customer.ĪBANDONED PRODUCT: In the event of a Refused Estimate the customer must within 90 days after NIKON’s request provide NIKON with a credit card or other method of payment for the return shipping and handling fee. SHIPPING METHOD: NIKON will determine the method of shipping for the return of product unless otherwise requested and paid for by the customer. (“NIKON”) RESERVES THE RIGHT TO ISSUE A REVISED ESTIMATE. UPON COMPLETE INSPECTION, IF THE COST OF SERVICE WILL EXCEED THE ORIGINAL ESTIMATE, NIKON INC. IMPORTANT: ESTIMATES ARE BASED UPON A PRELIMINARY INSPECTION OF YOUR PRODUCT.
